Hanh Nguyen

 
Hanh was born in Dong Nai, Vietnam. She obtained her B.S in Honors program in Chemical Engineering from the University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City in 2015. After graduation, she worked as a research assistant in Dr. Phan’s lab at the same university. In Fall of 2016, she came to the United States and joined the Daugulis group. Her research interests include palladium- and copper-catalyzed sp² and sp³ C-H bond functionalization. She defended her PhD in June 2021 and started her new job as a Senior Research Scientist at Albany Molecular Research in Albany, NY in August 2021. In August 2023 she moved to Richmond, VA where she is a Senior Scientist at Phlow Corporation.
