Joseph Medina

Joseph Medina is from La Vernia, Texas. He earned his Bachelor and Master of Science in Chemistry from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. He joined the Daugulis group in 2020. He focused his research on development of late transition metal catalysts for olefin polymerization and synthesis of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as well as mechanistic studies in organometallic chemistry. He earned his PhD degree in Spring 2025 and is currently an Asset Integrity Contractor at Clariant Oil Services.
