Milad Mesgar

Milad was born and raised in Iran where he earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in chemistry at Sharif University of Technology. In 2012, Milad joined Daugulis research group to work on his Ph.D. investigating aryne chemistry. He defended his Ph.D. in 2017, and after a brief three month postdoc with Dr. Maurice Brookhart and Dr. Olafs Daugulis at UH he was hired by Momentive Performance Materials in West Virginia. He is currently a Senior Scientist at Goodyear Tire and Rubber company in Akron, OH..
